Seasonal Courses
Auriel's Seasonal Courses are a set of 8 courses taken over 2 years that allow people to complete the first year of the eurythmy training without moving to Mexico City. They can also be taken as individual courses and are open to everyone wanting to bring their relationship to Anthroposophy and their personal inner path into movement. A movement radiating from the heart, out of love of the spirit, each other, and art.
Seasonal Courses have been developed for heart and soul nourishment for everyone interested that is interested in the art of eurythmy, for professional development, for individuals working in anthroposophical institutions, or as refresher courses for trained eurythmists. Seasonal Courses are also the foundational courses for the professional eurythmy training for part-time students.

Nourishment for Heart and Soul
An invitation to be enlivened and nourished through the arts, to bring soul and body into movement with the rhythms and sounds of the spoken word and music. Feel free to join us for any of our modules as artistic nourishment and transformational practice.
Professional and Inner Development
An opportunity to deepen professional as well as inner meditative work by awakening new capacities and developing imagination, mobility and flexibility of body soul and spirit. Eurythmy is a deepening of the inner work growing out of anthroposophy, it is among many other things also meditation in movement.
Refresher Courses
Trained eurythmists may at times feel the need to deepen their understanding of the basic elements already learned in their training and are welcome to choose any of the courses offered during the part-time eurythmy training.
