* Is the Auriel Eurythmy Training recognized by the Performing Arts Section at the Goetheanum? Auriel Eurythmy is a training initiative in development, recognised by the Performing Arts Section at the Goetheanum, Switzerland. As a developing eurythmy training we are required to have mentors. Our mentors are from the Eurythmy training in Sao Paolo.
* Can I still join, even though you have already had the first module? Our Seasonal Courses modules are circular. If you have missed number one, or two, you can repeat them when they come around again. Or you can wait until a new 1st year group begins. We aim to have a new 1st year every year, subject to minimum group size being reached.
* Will I be accepted at other eurythmy trainings when I have completed the equivalent of a first year with Auriel Eurythmy? Auriel Eurythmy covers the same curriculum material as other Training Institutions. As our Auriel Eurythmy is a part-time training it is a five year process, necessitating a slightly different distribution of the curriculum to full-time trainings. Acceptance at other Eurythmy Trainings is based on individual merit.
* Where do I stay? We always try to offer accommodation with host families from the local anthroposophical community, as an inexpensive alternative to staying in Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts or Motels. If you prefer not to be placed in homes we will also gladly help you in finding Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, or Motels in easy driving or walking distance to the facilities where the modules will take place. For accommodation not in walking distance, there are car pooling options. Please let us know how we can best help you in finding accommodation.
* Can I join in with any of the Modules, even if I have no previous experience of eurythmy? We endeavour to make every module, whether its from Seasonal Courses, Zodiac and Planet Courses or Elements Courses, a stand alone experience. If you wish to join in with the more advanced modules a certain amount of previous experience in eurythmy may be required.
*Are your courses in Spanish or in English? All of our courses are taught in a mix of Spanish and English, but we have teachers and also course participants that act as translators during our courses. We try to offer Spanish poetry for Speech eurythmy whenever possible and are working with Spanish speaking mentors. Didn't find what you were looking for?
